When I first started this blog, I was trying to relay the art of fashion through only pictures. Now I have decided to take it up a notch and share my knowledge of fashion through both pictures and words.
Ever since I have moved to the United States, I have gained a different standpoint of fashion. I can’t deny that this has helped me to look at things differently and create more space to connect with fashion. I have been trying to figure out how migrating to US will affect the way I strive for fashion. I have witnessed some peculiar fashion trends in the US from general college to formal outfits. The change is here and I am ready to accustom with the change and try to make the best out of it.
While being in the United States, I definitely enjoy the grateful warm weather, which helps me choose more dresses than I would do back home, in Latvia. Talking about my outfit today, I believe Michael Kors has excellent feeling on making bags, the simplicity and unique colors have always grabbed my attention. Inspiration is one serious part for me what I would like to share with my readers. It’s obvious we all get some inspiration from some daily situations, idols or may be just random people on Insatgram, which makes us choose specific outfits and brands. I can tell you the dress in this post is inspired by a blogger, Leonie Hanne (with blog http://www.ohhcouture.com/), but choker necklace has always been looked after Danielle (with blog http://weworewhat.com/).Leonia has a lot of layer and frill dresses lately while Danielle is inclined to be adopting choker necklace a lot. If we look even deeper in inspiration for this latest post, then I have to mention some designers as well. Personally for me it has been two Latvian designers, ArtJam (http://artjam.me/) and Amoralle (http://amoralle.com/). From Amoralle collection you can take a look in my previous post, where I’m in their dress.
Further note, I am going to update my blog once a week, possibly between Tuesday and Wednesday.
Now let’s take a look at some pictures and get some inspiration from me!
Have a great week everyone and enjoy September!
